1. Information We Collect

When you create an account and use Fansly, we collect the following information:

  • Account details: Display name, email address, date of birth, gender, country
  • Profile content: Profile photo, biography, interests
  • Content: Photos uploaded by creators to their profiles
  • Messages: In-app chat messages between fans and creators
  • Purchase history: In-app purchases including coins, subscriptions, and one-time purchases
  • Device identifiers: A unique device ID used by our infrastructure (Firebase)
  • App performance data: Crash reports and error logs collected automatically

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Enable communication between fans and creators
  • Process in-app purchases through Google Play Billing
  • Display your profile to other users
  • Improve app stability using crash reports

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Google Firebase — for authentication, database storage, and file storage (firebase.google.com/support/privacy)
  • Google Play Billing — for processing in-app purchases (payments.google.com/payments/apis-secure/get_legal_document?ldo=0&ldt=privacynotice)

4. Photos and Content

Photos uploaded by creators are stored securely on Google Firebase Storage. Profile photos are visible to other users of the app. Private content is only accessible to users who have unlocked it through the in-app purchase system.

5. Messages

Chat messages between fans and creators are stored on our servers to enable the messaging feature. Messages are not read, sold, or shared with third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

7. Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by:

  • Using the "Remove My Account" option inside the app (Settings → Remove My Account)

Upon deletion, the following data is permanently removed: account details, profile, photos, messages, and purchase history.

8. Age Requirement

Fansly is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that a user is under 18, the account will be immediately terminated.

9. Security

All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS encryption. We use Google Firebase's built-in security infrastructure to protect your data.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account
